Why Do Over 35,000 Patients Visit MBO Over 100,000 Times Each Year for Orthopaedic Care?
Excellent Medical Care
All MBO physicians are board-certified, by their respective professional boards, treating our patients attentively and in cooperation with other excellent specialists, utilizing the latest evidence based medical and surgical treatment protocols.
We strongly believe in the importance of educating patients about the nature of their condition, treatment options, and outcome expectations. Our goal is to empower the patient to take control of their healing process.

Congratulations to Dr. Michael Ast on His New Position
Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics would like to congratulate Dr. Michael Ast on his new position at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, where he previously completed his Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction Surgery. We are excited for Dr. Ast and his family on this wonderful opportunity.
Since joining MBO in 2013, Dr. Ast has been a valuable member of our team. In just 5 years, he quickly built strong relationships with his colleagues, patients and community. We are sure he will have that same impact at HSS. Dr. Ast will continue with MBO over the next few months to ensure a seamless transition for both his patients and the joint replacement program. We commend Dr. Ast for his hard work, commitment and dedication to our practice, our staff and his patients. He will be deeply missed.
Congratulations from all of us at MBO! We wish you the best!

MBO donated 100 lbs of food and a $300 check to the ERA Pantry.
The shelves at the pantry are now a little less sparse. At MBO our goal is to help those in need and to give back to the communities in which we live and serve. The Emergency Relief Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1969, dedicated to serving our neighbors in need throughout Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In 2009, the E.R.A. Food Pantry provided meals for 12,092 men, women, and children. By 2015, that number increased to 22,057. The E.R.A. hopes to continue growing their efforts in the years to come, providing meals for all those in need throughout our community. For more information on ways you can donate...view the ERA website in the comments section of this post.
