Appointment No-Show Policy

To provide timely, high-quality care to all patients, Mercer-Bucks Orthopedics has established the following Appointment No-Show Policy:

A $25 fee will be charged for any patient who does not attend or cancel their scheduled appointment in advance.

We strive to offer each patient the best possible care in a timely manner. Keeping your appointment or notifying us if you cannot attend allows other patients—especially those with urgent orthopedic needs—to be seen promptly.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call our office to reschedule as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain access and quality care for all patients.
